What the Job Involves

As a Hostel Cleansing Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that both communal areas and residential flats maintain a high standard of cleanliness. This includes following established cleaning procedures, reporting necessary repairs, and working in compliance with Health and Safety regulations. You'll liaise with staff and supervisors to address operational issues and contribute to performance reviews through clear written documentation. Additionally, you will engage with customers and adapt to new technologies to improve service delivery.
