What the Job Involves
As a Static Cleaner, you will provide a high-quality cleaning service to communal areas of static blocks of flats within Cardiff. Your responsibilities include following cleaning procedures, assessing and reporting on the conditions of communal areas, liaising with the Building/Mobile Supervisor, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the application of new technologies. You will also adhere to health and safety regulations and participate in equality of opportunity initiatives. Occasional duties at different work locations may be required, aligned with the role’s needs.
