What the job involves
As a Family First Case Manager with Knowsley Family First, you will coordinate and deliver multi-agency interventions centered on whole-family Early Help Assessments. Your role includes action planning with families, organizing Team Around the Family Meetings, and working within established timescales to implement and review SMART plans. You will engage families with a comprehensive range of support, conduct home visits, and perform direct work with children and young people to help them thrive.
