You are a dedicated and organized individual with the ability to efficiently manage multiple administrative tasks. You thrive in a busy office environment and are capable of providing excellent customer service to visitors and callers.
What the Job Involves
This position requires you to cover reception and office duties at Hafan Gobaith five days per week, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, allowing an hour for lunch. Duties include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, recording mail, booking travel and accommodations, updating client records, assisting with credit card processing, handling invoices, managing room and pool car bookings, and attending to general finance and administrative tasks as needed.

- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with record-keeping systems like Carefirst
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
