Children Services Team Manager - Level 3 (PO6)

As a qualified social worker with over three years of post-ASYE experience, you are prepared to take on agency roles within the London region. You have a strong commitment to ethical practice and possess the ability to work effectively within various social care settings.

This position requires you to deliver high-quality social work services to a diverse caseload in the London boroughs. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals and families, creating and implementing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the well-being and safety of clients. Please note that candidates who have recently moved from a permanent position within London are ineligible for agency roles for a period of 6 months.

• Minimum 3 years' post-ASYE experience
• Expertise in delivering social work interventions
• Strong understanding of social care regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong assessment and decision-making capabilities
