Who You Are
As a Children's Social Worker, you will possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in LA children’s social care in England. You have recent frontline child protection experience and a proven ability to identify risks and needs through robust assessments and direct work with children. You are committed to achieving positive change and improved outcomes for vulnerable children and their families.
What the job involves
The role involves assessing need and risk for vulnerable children, undertaking quality assessments and care planning, and conducting child protection investigations. You will manage caseloads confidently, work as part of a team, support equality and diversity, and ensure compliance with policies and legislation. The position requires flexibility, including working beyond office hours and traveling around the county.
