What the Job Involves
In this role, you will be at the forefront of assessing needs and risks for vulnerable children and families, conducting high-quality assessments, and creating effective care plans. You will manage complex caseloads, making expert judgments in situations of risk and uncertainty. You will collaborate with partner organizations to deliver excellent service outcomes, support case conferences, and drive positive change to prevent family separation. The position involves a mix of office-based and flexible working, with travel required across the county.
