What the Job Involves
As an Operational Technician, you will be responsible for interpreting referrals and delivering timely adaptations for people with disabilities. Your primary duties include completing plumbing and related works to high-quality standards and within specified timescales. You'll ensure all completed work adheres to current legislation, provide a customer-focused service, and collaborate with a diverse team of health and social care professionals. Additionally, you'll manage materials and tools, report defective products, and contribute to the construction work under guidance. Working within the established Operating Procedures and Health and Safety Codes, you'll also participate in personal development programs to enhance your capabilities in this role.
