What the Job Involves
As the Deputy Team Manager for Occupational Therapists, you will work alongside the Team Manager to lead a diverse team in delivering high-quality adult social care services. You will supervise, manage, and support social care practitioners, ensure comprehensive person-centered assessments and interventions, oversee team performance, and promote independence and safeguarding of residents. Additional responsibilities include quality assurance, overseeing training plans, promoting effective relationships with partner organizations, and ensuring the strategic use of resources.
