What the Job Involves

• Lead the delivery of highways and parking operations services in line with legal requirements and council priorities
• Drive forward robust programmes of work, ensuring strategic goals and performance targets are met
• Manage large-scale capital investment projects, overseeing budget and resource management
• Develop relationships with external partners, including TfL, ensuring effective collaboration and value for money
• Oversee asset management, programme management, and operations to ensure minimal network disruption
• Maintain a culture of high performance and innovation within the team
• Manage emergency response and ensure health and safety standards are adhered to
