With a degree or equivalent experience and possibly a Chartered Engineer designation, you excel in developing and leading multi-disciplinary teams. You are experienced in delivering projects on-time and on-budget, with a passion for continuous improvement and business process optimization. Your effective communication skills enable you to build and maintain internal and external relationships, and your strategic mindset helps drive forward innovative solutions and service enhancements.

What the Job Involves

This role entails leading and delivering efficient highways and parking operations for Hillingdon Council, ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements. You will develop robust strategies, lead a commercially driven team, and manage significant projects and budgets. Responsibilities include overseeing the management of the Council's highway assets, traffic management, and contractor relationships.
