What the Job Involves
This role involves working within day care services to provide support and opportunities through activities developed in community settings. You will assist with personal care needs, nutrition, medication, and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed. You will promote and monitor health and well-being, contribute to care plans, adhere to health and safety regulations, and manage an organized record-keeping system. You will also mentor new staff, contribute to meetings, support community and fundraising events, and ensure the environment is well-maintained. Flexibility to work across locations and undertake other duties as requested is required.
