Social Worker (Adult Social Care) Grade H *MR

 This is a statutory role whose primary purpose is to undertake holistic assessments of adults and provide information and advice on social care issues. This role also encompasses other statutory duties and responsibilities of Adult Social Care as defined by legislation and guidance.
