What the Job Involves
This role entails providing strategic advice to the Interim Head of Service for Young Community Languages, leading projects focused on prioritizing outcomes and tackling inequalities. You will develop and manage a network of community languages tutors, while also creating and implementing curriculum and performance standards. You will be responsible for producing and analyzing management information to present to stakeholders and tracking the progress of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Your innovative approach will help create solutions to complex challenges and influence organizational strategy and policy.
