What the Job Involves
In this role, you will support and enhance the Planning Department’s digital systems, focusing on the Idox Uniform platform. You will provide expert application support, system administration, and development services, ensuring system stability and performance. Collaborating with IT teams and external suppliers, you will handle troubleshooting, system configuration, and integration with corporate platforms. You will play a key role in digital transformation initiatives, supporting data migration, system upgrades, and change management processes. Additionally, you will engage stakeholders and provide training, documentation, and regular reports to maintain and improve system effectiveness.
