What the Job Involves
This role involves providing effective and timely recruitment support as part of the Employee Services Team. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing recruitment data, maintaining recruitment documentation, and supporting the entire recruitment process from job advertisement to appointment. You will interact with various stakeholders, monitor recruitment progress, assist with pre-employment checks, and maintain HR/Payroll records ensuring compliance with data protection standards. Additionally, you'll help review and develop standard operating procedures and manage support activities as needed.
