You are willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings within a universal open access youth setting, and you are flexible with working hours.
What the Job Involves
As a Senior Youth Worker, you will be part of a team providing safe spaces across the borough, employing various methods to plan, organize, and deliver youth activities and programs. You will manage projects focusing on issues such as health, bullying, transitions, sexuality/gender, crime, gangs, and drugs. Your role includes designing activity programs that engage young people in informal education and recreational activities, assessing their needs, and collaborating with professionals and stakeholders for effective service delivery.
