You possess a strong understanding of risk management and the principles of the Mental Capacity Act, ensuring that these are applied effectively in your social work practice.
What the Job Involves
This role involves working full-time (36 hours per week) as part of an Integrated Learning Disability Team for an initial period of 3 months. You will earn £32.00 per hour while actively participating in a multi-disciplinary approach to health and social care services. Your responsibilities include recording actions and decisions clearly on the Mosaic system, providing direct advice and preventative support, responding to urgent duty matters, carrying out assessments and visits in emergencies, and being the first point of contact for safeguarding concerns. You will also ensure adherence to high professional standards and comply with performance management and Social Work England standards.
