The role involves undertaking projects to improve service delivery, monitoring expenditures, ensuring compliance with council policies, and representing the council at meetings with contractors. You will manage financial and budgetary controls, coordinate training for frontline staff, resolve operational issues, and maintain effective communications internally and externally.
