What the job involves

This role involves delivering a tailored housing management service in a designated neighborhood. Responsibilities include enforcing tenancy conditions, managing breaches, executing evictions, handling low-level antisocial behavior, and engaging residents in the estate management process. Estate management duties include conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance, managing risks, and handling emergencies. You will also work closely with residents’ associations and other stakeholders to sustain tenancies and engage with residents actively.
