What the Job Involves
The role sits within Liverpool City Council's Transformation Team, contributing to an exciting transformation programme. You will work as a Business Analyst supporting the Customer Experience programme. This involves reviewing complex service processes to identify improvements, embedding a business improvement way at all levels, and reviewing business analysis practices to ensure they align with industry best practices. Additionally, you'll work on business cases to guarantee projects and programmes deliver best practices and support Assistant Business Analysts in achieving their objectives.
