An enthusiastic and qualified Occupational Therapist eager to promote and maintain independence for vulnerable and disabled service users. You are adaptable, able to work both in office and home settings, and have a strong understanding of legislation and professional practice. You must hold an Occupational Therapy Diploma/Degree and be registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
What the Job Involves
Join the Occupational Therapy Team at the London Borough of Bromley to work in our reablement team. You will be tasked with assessing the functional needs of clients, planning and implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective services. Responsibilities include face-to-face Occupational Therapy Assessments, goal planning, and providing specialist equipment and adaptations to clients' homes. The position offers flexible working arrangements, requiring visits to clients' homes and office work.
