An experienced practitioner with considerable experience in the field. You are recognized by peers as a source of reliable knowledge and expertise. You demonstrate critical knowledge of the various theories and models of social work intervention.
What the job involves
The role involves undertaking complex cases, including assessing and managing risks. You will be expected to oversee the teaching and assessment of social work students during their practice learning placements. Additionally, you will be required to provide evidence in court relating to care proceedings.
